Adam Uth is an Associate in the firm’s Cleveland office. He practices primarily in the areas of nursing home and long-term care defense. Prior to joining the firm, he handled both litigation and compliance matters both in the private sector, and for the City of Shaker Heights.

 Adam received his B.A. from York University and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2017. During law school, he drafted a section of a guide that explained exemption and other issues in Federal and State securities regulation to small, charitable investment organizations.

 Having transitioned to a litigation career path, Adam is developing expertise in the nursing home and long-term care fields.

Before attending law school, Adam lived in northeast Japan for several years. He speaks and writes Japanese fluently. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
