Beth Sebaugh, Shareholder, has devoted more than 3 decades to an active litigation defense practice and has served as chief trial counsel in cases pending in state court, federal courts and before numerous governmental administrative agencies. She has been chief counsel in approximately 100 jury trials. Ms. Sebaugh has been involved in federal court multi-district litigation relative to toxic tort lawsuits.
