Jane Warner joined Bonezzi Switzer Polito & Hupp as Shareholder in 2021.  She has been litigating personal injury matters for nineteen years. She focuses primarily on defending doctors, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes against claims of medical and nursing negligence, but also defends individuals, special education programs, and corporate entities against negligence and premises liability claims.  Ms. Warner has argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio and Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Districts.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Warner practiced for thirteen years as a registered nurse in surgical intensive care and cardiology.
