Kurt Siegfried is a Shareholder who joined the firm in 2019. He has more than twenty-five years of litigation experience, including first chair jury trial experience. Following six years of extensive trial work as a criminal prosecutor for Wayne County, Ohio and then the City of Hudson, Ohio, Kurt’s practice has included the representation of companies in employment cases, construction matters, mechanics’ liens, and product liability cases in both the state and federal courts in Ohio. His product liability work focuses primarily on toxic tort (including asbestos, silica, diacetyl, food flavorings, benzene, and latex cases) and other industrial exposure litigation.  He has represented clients in contested matters before regulatory agencies, including OSHA. Kurt has a long history of providing counsel and holding positions on the boards of local non-profit organizations.
